2026 Knockouts Entry Form
Entries to the Knockouts is now closed and the First Round Draws will be pulished in the next few days (i.e. by Sunday, 5th April 2026)
The entry fee is £25.00 per person
Please complete the form fully for all players - every player's CDH number and current handicap index (HI) is needed to allow us to finalise entries and manage the event through
Kirkby Lonsdale GC's competitions system.
We will acknowledge your entry within 2 days and email you a request for online payment.
By submitting a booking you agree to the League's
terms and conditions
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received
Bookings will close at 6.00pm on Sunday, 6th September 2026
