The third Micklethwaite Masters was held (on schedule for the first time) at Silverdale Golf Club on Saturday, 5th April 2025.   On a sunny and cloudless day with a nagging chilly wind, the winners with 44 points were the home team of Mark Ainsworth and Graeme Crowther. 

Prizes for the first five placed pairs will be presented at the end of season Team Classic and Prize-giving at Silverdale GC on Saturday, 27th September 2025.

Many thanks again to everyone concerned at Silverdale GC for their faultless organisation and hospitality on the day.  Special thanks to  Jo Latham and Graham Wilson for their organising, David and Edwina Sutcliffe in the professional's shop, Jeff Farrow for his early morning starter's role and to Richard Gilbert and his team on the excellent bar and catering.  Thanks also to the Greens staff for providing us with an superbly prepared course for the event.
